Paid orders deliver download links by email within a minute. If yours hasn't arrived, open an Order issue ticket with your email and we'll re-send the link.
How do I take down a photo of my child?+
Open a Photo takedown ticket with the gallery URL and the photo(s) you want removed. We treat these as urgent and act within one business day.
I see a scoring error.+
Open a Score / game-data error ticket. Include the date, the two schools, and the corrected score if you know it.
I think an article is wrong.+
Open an Article correction ticket with the article URL and the correction. We forward to our editorial team.
