Questions
Who can book a photographer?
Anyone. Parents and families, teams, coaches, schools, boosters and clubs all book FLOWW photographers. You don't need an account to start — just an email address.
What does it cost?
Each photographer sets their own packages, starting at $50. You'll see the price before you commit, plus a small card processing fee shown at checkout. Your card is only charged once a photographer confirms.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel for free until 48 hours before the game. After that, 50% of the package price is kept (the card processing fee isn't refundable when you cancel). If the photographer cancels, doesn't show, or the game is postponed and they can't make the new date, you get a full refund.
What if my photos are late?
Every package has a delivery deadline. If photos arrive late you automatically get 10% of the package price back for each day late, up to 50%. If they're 7 or more days late you can ask for a full refund.
How do you protect athletes' privacy?
Booked photos go to a private gallery that only you can open — it's never listed on the site. Reference photos you share to help find your athlete are seen only by your booked photographer and are deleted automatically after delivery. Your contact details are never shown to photographers you didn't book.
How far ahead do I need to book?
At least 48 hours before the game, and earlier is better — some photographers need more notice, and big games fill up.
Can I use the photos for recruiting and social media?
Yes. Your delivered photos are yours to print, post and share for personal use, including recruiting profiles. The photographer keeps the copyright.
