CONTRIBUTOR TERMS

1. Overview

These terms govern the relationship between you ("Contributor" or "Photographer") and FLOWW Network ("FLOWW", "we", "us") when you participate in our contributor photography program. By submitting an application and/or uploading content to the FLOWW Network platform, you agree to these terms.

2. Content Ownership & License

You retain full ownership of your images. FLOWW Network does not claim ownership of any photos you upload.

By uploading content, you grant FLOWW Network a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and sell your photos through the FLOWW Network platform (including flowwnetwork.com and mobile.flowwnetwork.com).

You also grant FLOWW Network permission to use your photos for platform marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, advertisements, and promotional materials. Photo credit will be given where reasonably practical.

3. Revenue Split

The standard revenue split is 75% to the Photographer / 25% to FLOWW Network on all photo sales made through the platform.

Current pricing tiers:

• Single photo: $8.00 (Photographer receives $6.00)
• 5-photo pack: $35.00 (Photographer receives $26.25)
• Full gallery: $150.00 (Photographer receives $112.50)
• Monthly subscription: $20.00/month (revenue pooled and distributed based on download volume)

FLOWW Network reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice to contributors. The 75/25 revenue split will remain unchanged unless mutually agreed upon.

4. Payouts

Payouts are processed through Stripe Connect. Once approved, you'll connect your Stripe account and payouts will be handled directly by Stripe on their standard payout schedule. FLOWW Network does not hold or delay your earnings — they flow through Stripe automatically.

Contributors are responsible for their own taxes. You are considered an independent contractor, not an employee of FLOWW Network. A 1099 form will be issued for annual earnings exceeding $600.

5. Content Standards

All submitted photos must:

• Be your original work — no stock photos, AI-generated images, or content from other photographers
• Be related to Idaho high school sports events
• Be appropriate and respectful — no inappropriate, exploitative, or offensive content of any kind, especially involving minors
• Not contain visible trademarks, copyrighted materials, or branding not related to the sporting event
• Meet reasonable quality standards (proper exposure, focus, and resolution)

FLOWW Network reserves the right to remove any content that violates these standards without notice. Repeated violations may result in removal from the contributor program.

6. Press Credentials

Approved contributors may receive a physical FLOWW Network press pass. This credential is the property of FLOWW Network and must be returned if you are removed from the program or choose to leave.

The press pass grants access to sideline and media areas at participating venues. Contributors must conduct themselves professionally at all times while representing FLOWW Network. Misuse of credentials may result in immediate removal from the program.

7. Sponsor Revenue Opportunities

As FLOWW Network grows its sponsor partnerships, top-performing contributors may be eligible for additional earnings through sponsored gallery features, branded content opportunities, and event-specific commissions. These opportunities will be offered at FLOWW Network's discretion based on contributor performance, quality, and reliability.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice via email.

FLOWW Network may terminate immediately and without notice in cases of content standard violations, credential misuse, or conduct unbecoming of a FLOWW Network representative.

Upon termination, photos already sold remain available to purchasers. Any outstanding earnings will be paid out in the next scheduled payout cycle. Unsold photos will be removed from the platform within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

9. Liability

Contributors assume all risk associated with attending and photographing sporting events. FLOWW Network is not liable for injury, equipment damage, or loss incurred while covering events. Contributors are responsible for maintaining their own equipment and insurance as they see fit.

10. Modifications

FLOWW Network may update these terms at any time. Contributors will be notified of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
