Semi-Finals are SET for the Snake River Valley Girls Basketball District Tournament!
The quarterfinals delivered exactly what we expected—dominant performances from the top seeds as they punch their tickets to the semis.
#4 Cole Valley Christian dismantled #5 Homedale 52-20. The Chargers now face their toughest test yet as they travel to take on #1 Fruitland on Saturday, February 7th at 7PM. Can the Chargers pull off the upset, or will the Grizzlies’ home court advantage be too much to overcome?
On the bottom half of the bracket, #3 McCall-Donnelly absolutely demolished 6 Payette 54-22. The Vandals now hit the road to face (2) Weiser on Saturday, February 7th at 7PM in what should be an absolute battle between two evenly-matched teams.
Both semifinals will be hosted by the higher seeds, giving Fruitland and Weiser the home court advantage. But in tournament basketball, anything can happen.
